SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and may not be cancelled or exchanged.  Richwell Furniture-Direct is not responsible for delays in manufacturing or shipping delays and a delay does not constitute a refund.

 

CUSTOMER PICK-UPS

To assure your satisfaction, we ask that you inspect your purchase carefully when picking it up.  Richwell Furniture-Direct is not responsible for merchandise once it has left the premises.

WARRANTIES

As part of Richwell’s service policy, we will repair at no charge, all normal problems, (excluding misuse, negligence, or accident) within the first 12 months of possession of the merchandise.  If, at Richwell’s sole discretion, the product cannot be satisfactorily repaired, Richwell will have the right to offer full store credit less a 3% per month usage fee and a 15% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for transportation of merchandise to/from Richwell for repairs.  After 1 year, all warranty claims must be handled with the manufacturer of the furniture.  Contact information for manufacturers is available through Richwell’s customer service department.

 

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to Richwell’s FACTORY DIRECT pricing, stocking, and merchandising, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the customer has taken possession of the merchandise.
